Protecting Child

أُعِيذُكَ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ، مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ، وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ

U'iidzuka bikalimaatillahit taammah, min kulli syaithaanin wa haammah, wa min kulli 'ainin laammah.

I seek protection for you in the perfect words of Allah from every devil and every poisonous creature, and from every evil eye.

In the original hadith this was recited for al-Hasan and al-Husayn together, so the wording there is dual: U'iidzukumaa. Adjust the pronoun to the child you recite for — U'iidzuka (a boy), U'iidziki (a girl), U'iidzukumaa (two children), U'iidzukum (three or more).
